Put your Windows XP disk into your CD/DVD drive, and once you get to the point that it asks you where to install Windows, don't just delete the entire C: partition. (You'll want to burn all your important files to CD/DVD first)

run a scan it will show you all programs and what they do.Delete what you dont need.
